SHE'S HERE:

Bailey Rae Smith was born Wed, Aug 20, 2008 @ 2:10am. She weighed 6.5 lbs and was 19.5 in long.

Before we left for the hospital, Kai wished Mama good luck...

























2 boys and 2 girls...













































































































































































We just came home today (Fri @ noon). Some
of us were sad to go...

Our last weekend before SHOWTIME...

Kristie, Kai and I went to the Big Blue Bash
last weekend to spend one of our last weekends
together before our new baby joins us. Kai got to
see Cosmo while mom and dad got to hear Max
Hall and Austin Collie pump us up for the
upcoming BYU Football year...















































...then our staple park for some play time.

This is the 4-wheeler trip we went on in Blanding, UT...below is the whole crew, along with some of the gorgeous views and Indian ruins we explored...

The Mills and the Smiths met up in Yellowstone with our good friend from Cullman, AL (David Drake & Co). We took in some golf, hiking, and went all over the park...

With three months to go before the new baby arrives (Aug 19), we decided to get away. New England was the pick (Boston and Cape Cod). We had a great time touring lighthouses...

...whale-watching and visiting museums (J & K inside the ribs of one of the more unfortunate mammals)...




















...visiting the quaint stores/villages of Cape Cod. We stayed at a bed-n-breakfast in Brewster -- the owner made these bunnies that she displayed at the general store...

The Old North Bridge in Concord, Mass. -- the home of 'the shot heard round the world...'















We took a fun duck tour. A "DUCK" is an amphibious vehicle that runs on land and water (used in WWII). The tour showed us all the famous sights in Boston...

While visiting Salem, Curtis and Justin (work-mates) were held on suspicion of witchcraft...
















Dessert time -- the Omni Hotel is home to the original Boston Cream pie...






Reunited after a "long" trip apart. Rejuvenated. Ready to get back at it...
